Your Morning Cereal – Eat Chocolate for Healthier Skin

Research shows that eating (0.755 oz) of specially developed chocolate each day may help prevent wrinkles and make skin healthier. Chocolate, especially dark chocolate, helps boost skin elasticity and improves hydration. The study was carried out by Barry Callebaut.

Research suggests that dirty pool water can get you sick, very sick – mainly by ingesting it. So, how do you protect yourself? Know what to look for.

Three things:

If the water looks dirty or cloudy, stay out!

Listen for a pool pump running

Look for mold or mildew around the pool deck.

So, the next time you visit that hotel, keep your eyes open!

Your Morning Cereal – How to be a Morning Person

Hate mornings?

Here are some tips on becoming a morning person. I do this stuff and it seems to work.

First, get up at the same time everyday – even weekends. No sleeping in on weekends. All that does is throw off your biological clock for the next week.

Second, when you wake up, spend a few minutes (maybe five) outside. Fresh air and sunshine will help you get motivated and sharpen the senses. It also helps to get stale air out of your lungs and more oxygen into the bloodstream.

Third, eat a light breakfast. No donuts or bagels everyday. Actually buy some fruit. Don’t like raw fruit? The jarred stuff is okay. I like DelMonte Citrus Salad in the glass jar (I hate plastic jars). A little juice, some cold cereal, or even a microwaved egg is okay. No breakfast, saps your energy for the rest of the day, and leaves you tired.

That will do.
